One more funny addendum: @Google and @googledevs webmaster panel will lie to you and say that there are no manual actions on your site when you can demonstrate it yourself. I also found that @honeycombio's CTO Liz Fong-Jones manually requested 50+ pages be removed from search.

Manual actions are different. They mostly ignore LFJ's abuse but the site cannot be found on Google, especially the main domain by itself.
