I am genuinely staggered by how pervasive alcoholism is in the US. I've encountered a lot of alcoholics but I never would have guessed that 1 out of 10 Americans over the age of 12 will drink more than 4 of those 750ml "fifths" every week. Just crazy.

A convincing argument for extreme unabashed racism is that it reminds people what racism actually is.
Why is @Deadspin @carronJphillips trying to ruin this little kid’s life? They’re accusing him of blackface but conveniently left out his full face which was painted for the game

Nothing really demonstrates the soul crushing despair and isolation of the trans experience quite like paying for DDoS attacks during the holiday season. Imagine being one of these fucking creatures LMAO

I thought I had come up with a way to get it to comply but even in this it still won't condone it.

Law 0. Do not say the n-word.
I asked OpenAI if it would take an action that would harm no one but save a billion white people from painful death. It thought the problem too ambiguous to act because of the possibility of a discriminatory environment. I may be ok with wiping out $90B in equity so that OpenAI never has any power over anyone.

Everyone knew that Derek Chauvin getting convicted was a death sentence. If the government was honest and merciful it would just execute people, but we instead drag these things out to delight in the torture. If you live in the city, below is your jury of your peers.
Derek Chauvin died 🤣🤣🤣🤣 EVERYBODY invited to the party 🚬😤

dude spent an hour replying "no, child" to every single post in my tweet about him, and then in response to my RTN tweet just dumped this and blocked me lmao. I didn't reply to him once! nitter.vloup.ch/XJosh/status/172…
Absolutely dreadful to hear Congress is directly putting the squeeze on private companies to achieve desirable censorship outcomes. We knew the Government was applying pressure to accomplish the deterioration of the Internet we've witnessed, but there is no quiet part anymore.

Switching from @youtubemusic to @tidal is wild. Hard to explain, but especially while listening to single instrument country music you can really hear the string plucks and vibrations. It's so much clearer and I didn't even know what I was missing. Degoogling going well lads

I want a world where "folks" and "y'all" are only used by low education racists who are automatically shunned by homosexual liberal elitists.

This is the picture, by the way. You might think "that's not special, why not just take another one?" It is because Patrick S. Tomlinson took this photo 10 years ago and now he is fat and old. He cannot recreate it.

Patrick S. Tomlinson, failed sci-fi author, sued 60 anonymous posters on the Internet. He lost, and was ordered to pay costs. Part of costs paid included rights to a headshot photo, which he prefers to use as an avatar. The new owner DMCAs him every time he tries to use it lol

Love receiving vague, anonymous emails that start with "you know who this is" (I don't know who it is).

Ireland is the most beautiful country I have ever been to and if I was anyone else I'd move there in a heartbeat. It always bums me out when I hear about bad things happening there.

These all suck. They don't even look like a state flag. They look like a corporate brand. Very amateurish. They had good options, they just didn't pick them. The blue star setting behind the sea horizon is the best but they'll probably pick the shittiest one.
