I uploaded a video of Undertale gameplay on May 1st of this year and it was hit with a copyright claim for "Battle Against a True Hero". I'm glad you're making your official policy more well-known as there has definitely been some confusion in the past.

@TeamYouTube , put a “do nothing” option in as a Content ID match option for creators, so the creators you claim to represent can have it both ways.

@TeamYouTube A copyright holder of their music is not able to use the copyright in the way THEY want to be used because of YouTube's AI algorithm. Something needs to be done so this copyright holder's music can naturally be used the way they want it to be.

Why did you post an image instead of text?

Hello Toby. The 15th of June of this year I made a monetized livestream with a cover of the song "Core". I disputed the notice, and today Materia Music Publishing rejected it. What can I do? It'd be great if you can help me. Here's the livestream: youtube.com/AaXS-OTcVN8

This video I made got marked for Shared monetization about a couple years ago by Materia Music Publishing. It's a cover of Megalovania, so I disputed it as you guys instructed. I know you said "the past 3 months," but would you be able to look into this? youtube.com/watch?v=Z3Jxbr4S…

YouTube copyright issues are disgusting, as they benefit nobody but rather make it worse for content creators.
