Materia's own Youtube FAQ page states creators are not to use UT/DR music for *any* commercial reason in their videos, including Remixes, so uh, if this is not of you will, you may want to look into that. My own channel has had a few run-ins so if you need specific data, poke me

i was able to get my music out of content ID simply by talking to the company that got it in for me (DistroKid)
