Canada and the U.S. must manage our forests better. We've been suffering from poor forest management in California for years, and now the rest of the country is too with the smoke from Canada. My legislation—the Save Our Sequoias Act—is one way to begin turning the tide.

I agree 100%. Fires have always occurred naturally. Some pine trees need fire to open their seed pods. Once we stopped fires, the trees started growing closer together. This creates hotter and bigger fires when they occurred.

There's a lot of people staying in inside. Specially elderly people that don't have air conditioner because they're afraid to go outside because of their lungs something needs to happen.
