We need to get to the facts, and that includes reconciling these clear disparities. U.S. Attorney David Weiss must provide answers to the House Judiciary Committee. If the whistleblowers' allegations are true, this will be a significant part of a larger impeachment inquiry into Merrick Garland's weaponization of DOJ.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley testified that US Atty in charge of Hunter investigation, David Weiss, said he wanted to bring charges in DC but was denied. Many of you balked. Didn't happen! No way Shapley could know that! Now, here's some more from Shapley:

Blah blah Blah. You’re all talk. You broke the promises you made trying to get the Speaker seat. Actually do something instead of yapping about it.

Why wouldn’t he know it? If he was the criminal investigator, he would have ongoing contact with the US attorney in charge of prosecuting the case he was investigating. If the US atty tried to bring charges and the AG denied the prosecution, the criminal investigator would be privy to that information. This happens every day across the United States.

You know this is such a slippery slope when you really sit down and you think about it I don't know if you recall the woman that was doing DNA testing and she decided one day she wasn't going to do it anymore she was just going to fabricate results and when it was discovered it led to people getting out of jail that were prosecuted and convicted and so on and so forth I can see this happening somewhere along that line that if the attorney of the United States of America and the Department of Justice can't find evidence that's clearly there, is this too setting a precedence in the law for others convicted for the same types offenses overturning their convictions.

All talk, no action…every time. What a disgrace you people are. You’re throwing us to the wolves and not a one of you gives the first 💩. Biden should’ve been removed from office and thrown in jail ALONG time ago and you know it.
