I give a lot of credit to the American people for keeping the pressure on President Biden and the Democrats. Without WE THE PEOPLE, Congress would not be voting today on the largest spending cut in American history.

It’s not the largest spending cut in history. First, adjust for inflation. Second, % decreases are even more meaningful than absolute inflation adjusted $’s. 1920 65% decline. 1946 40% decline.
