It will be a bipartisan default. Rescind the trump permanent tax breaks for the wealthy. Raise the cap on wages subject to Soc Sec and Medicare taxes for starters. Get rid of the tax breaks for private jets and luxury yachts. That will generate trillions in tax revenue.
