The national debt is like a credit card. Year after year after year, Washington keeps hitting the limit, so they just keep expanding it. Now, America's credit card debt is higher than what we make in an entire year. Shouldn't we reevaluate how Washington is spending your money?

With all due respect, this is the same rhetoric I've heard from Republicans every time this issue to raise the debt ceiling has come up in the past. I would love to actually see some spine from fiscal conservatives to say "No, we're not raising it anymore."

Do you like your mail on time on Sundays? Do you hate when fights have long delays? Do you like fire fighters and EMS showing up on time during emergencies? Do you an open government agency like DMV? Those services you take advantage of is your debt ceiling.

Not really, it’s taxation without representation. They ran up their credit card, let them figure out how to pay it off!

The unfortunate fact that most people are clowns explains why approximately 95% of them are running the government.

Yeah, like actually spend it on disabled people instead of Social Security denying disabled people's applications for assistance hoping that they give up and die.

Using your words; “Shouldn't we reevaluate how Washington is spending your money?” Yes is the simple answer but, “will we reevaluate how Washington is spending our money?” This all depends on you in the house. Stay strong, don’t back down. Biden can’t afford another failure.
