.@RepDavidValadao & I just did an aerial tour of flooded areas of Tulare & Kings counties. The damage from the March storms is devastating. A Disaster Declaration was issued but doesn’t include Fresno & Kings. I implore Newsom & Biden to ensure all areas of the Central Valley receive needed assistance.
