TRUMP is a defender/ litigant like any other American he is neither above nor below the law. If the justice of his country accuses him of something, even if Trump considers the charges against him to be biased and fanciful, he has the right as any defender/ litigant to defend himself against the justice of his country before a court whatever the level whether it is at the first, second or third degree according to the American jurisdiction.
There is the separation of powers in the US Constitution, let the jurisdiction branch do its job and you guys make laws and others guys execute those laws,
