The Parents Bill of Rights: 1. Right to know what’s being taught in schools and see reading materials. 2. Right to be heard. 3. Right to see school budgets and spending. 4. Right to protect your child’s privacy. 5. Right to be notified of any violent activity at school.

What in gods name were you guys doing to the parents in your schools??? Because everywhere I've lived, parents have had those rights for a very, very long time! What I find most comforting is knowing that now, you'll notify parents of violent activity in their schools. But 1/

@SpeakerMcCarthy - the parents in almost every public school in the country already have these rights. Most private schools that accept public funding don’t provide these rights, so I guess you believe this should apply to private schools accepting public dollars???
