Cut the defense budget in half and scrap 80% of all developing projects like a new artillery piece or bullcrap, start up exporting 4th gen super X versions of old aircraft like the F-5, F-20 or F-4 with new airframes, stop chasing bad tech like Osprey and F-35

Also, cut Social security disability completely. It was never designed for that, full of fraud, pays more than it makes. If you want a disability program make a new one.

Medicare needs to be combined with social security for senior care 65+ and social security payments will cease, it will be healthcare coverage for retirees. Seniors will be eligible for local welfare in their state for cash and benefits.
