Choice for me but not for thee, right? Choice for everyone except kids with IEPs, trans kids, kids whose parents can’t make up the $ difference between the vouchers and what tuition and transportation actually costs, and the list goes on. No thank you!

Or you could fund public schools so they are able to meet the needs of every child and not become charter schools of personal finance and pigeonholed theories that don’t necessarily work in the real public world. Segregation by a new name is still segregation, Tim.

There are many mediocre to poor private schools, and I don’t want my tax dollars being wasted in these types of schools, while taking away from our public schools. A good public school system is essential for a successful democracy.

Parents are more than welcome to pay for private school

Seems it would b more practical, ethical, and efficient to apply this effort to the schools already in operation and within the public school system. Unless ur trying to further every division, squander cash, and weaken America's education system...

The big problem with that idea is that there are so many crappy parents.

School choice only benefits urban and suburban residents. There is no benefit for rural taxpayers

You want EVERY child to get an equal educational opportunity, push to get the local funding mechanisms changed—that is what causes inherent inequality. I have tried to discuss this with you as a constituent, but you don’t return calls or emails.
