@VivekGRamaswamy @Travis_in_Flint I read the provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Adopted after the Civil War, bars those who had taken oath to support the Constitution from holding office if they have given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Biden comes to mind!
