Only weeks prior, and just two miles from the entrapment spot in the above tweet, there was a train derailment they believe(d) may have been caused by train vandalism.
RR crew and management negligence were eventually determined to be either the cause, or contributing factors.
The union blamed terrorism—perhaps true, or perhaps to deflect blame away from their members. My search engine is not showing final results of the FBI investigation.
There had also been dozens of RR track vandalism incidents in this and an adjacent county, with two convictions.
This all raises the possibility
@DHSgov and or
@FBI were trying to manufacture an even more serious charge against me than just RR crossing arm damage from a staged accident.
Perhaps after lengthy, deceptive, and intensive interrogation (which has been shown to create false confessions), this would have been yet another notch in their create-a-terrorist program.
It is well documented by mainstream media the FBI creates fake plots, then ensnares people into “crimes” they otherwise would not have “committed”.
