On #Juneteenth, we celebrate freedom for all. Our founders' brilliant framework created an unprecedented pathway for every American, no matter their race to enjoy life and liberty. 156 years ago started a new day in America as the last enslaved people claimed their rights.

Seems like you have forgotten the importance of teaching the truth about our racial history . The move to create schools were history can be white washed is the Republican dream .

Slaves in Galveston found out that the war had ended MONTHS EARLIER and every OTHER slave had already been freed? Juneteeth is a commemoraton of black folks being LIED to "brother". Also, you act like Jim Crow laws never happened & your grandfather didn't face racism. Sit down.

Enough is enough none of us were even born yet. Another political stunt from Biden.
They did not have any rights. They couldn't vote, buy land, work, own a gun, none of that. So what are you talking about, rights?
I'm thinking about what I was about to say but I think it would be too much. The constitution is a brilliant document.

Rights claimed but still missing and Uncle Toms still spouting the lie. You of all people know but yet you play into all the propaganda.

This is a wonderful thing. But no matter what we do, it will never be ‘enough’.

Unfortunately you do not understand or want to understand what Juneteenth is about. The Founding Fathers said all men are created equal yet denied people of color and women the right to vote, needing to amend the constitution. Trying to fit in is not a good look.
