When I went to college, we had NDSL, National Defense Student Loan. It was a government subsidized loan. While home loans were at 8 to 10%, car loans at 12 to 16%, my NDSL was at 3%. I don't imagine Biden's student loan forgiveness cost anymore than the NDSL when adjusted
