I am only moderately afraid of that. What scares the crap out of me in a foreign adversary controlling the thoughts, opinions, moods, and psyche of 60% of my fellow citizens. They are doing that, actively every moment of every day, and we are worried about data?

Have you considered not just the entrepreneurs trying to start adult use pot but also their workers (About 250,000+) when the Senate drags its feet on SAFE Banking? The delay is causing layoffs. It also will increase deposits to all banks needing/wanting more (all of them).
