Lenders should use objective standards to determine creditworthiness. Period. Efforts by progressives to eliminate these standards are deeply concerning.

Not all black families have a great credit score. Most pay rent higher than a mortgage for life because they don't have the right scores. 1st 2nd and a deposit 5gs just to get in. 2gs a month plus yearly increase,u can't get a mortgage but you can pay a 2g+ rent for life. (1)

Maybe the standards aren't as objective as you think, but very biased towards blacks, latinos and other minorities? Like a misprogrammaed algorithm, based on bias.

All things being equal, I am pretty sure that Black people would outperform most people given how much we have accomplished despite all that has been done to disadvantage us in this country. Stop letting your ego decide the treatment of all Black people.

Are the lending institutions using the objective standards ?

Owning a home, setting the most secure financial base for economic stability a family can have, shouldn’t give banks the right to redline districts or discriminate based on subjective criteria. We all struggle to afford our first house. @GOP is anti minority.
