What right to privacy is being violated? Offer the research on it.

Tim, STOP 🛑 You sound very, very misinformed. Too many Americans have lost their right to privacy because you people allow the selling of personal information & it's legal. Americans personal information is being sold for profit and you're talking about the workplace?

Without any protection for employeess in mandatory arbitrations, your "right to work" BS gives employees the "right to fire" anyone for any reason for any cause, without question.
While my bill looks to the future, Biden’s PRO Act is stuck in the past. It would crush right-to-work protections and put more power in the hands of union bosses. #ER23 #EmployeeRights Learn more about my legislation at EmployeeRightsAct.com.

Oh, do you mean like women who can’t make their own reproductive health decisions without interference from the government? Or trans kids that have to reveal their gender identity to play sports?
