Only thing ripe for opportunity in communities receiving OZ investment are massive tax benefits for investors in properties that are already on the rise and shouldn’t even qualify as Opp Zones. So whose playing field is being leveled? americanprogress.org/article…

The incentives were intended to foster equitable outcomes — by creating quality jobs, affordable housing, grocery stores, improved quality of life for LOW-INCOME people. How does investment in mostly gentrified areas accomplish this? Why do gentrified areas qualify as OZ?

Examples of OZ communities… - Upper East Side of Manhattan w/$4M apts overlooking Central Park. - Ledroit Park, DC’s "most gentrified" ZIP code. - The Williows in CA, near Stanford’s campus w/$1,500 per sq ft home prices. Indeed, the sky truly is the limit - for the rich.

I'm amazed that you can't even answer basic questions on your stance on several sectors of the voting public. Seems as though you are avoiding everything that people care about. Also seems like a losing strategy.
