I’m thankful for the service of our Vietnam vets, including my dad who, like so many, didn’t receive the homecoming they deserved. Their unwavering bravery epitomize the American spirit. On Vietnam War Vets Day, we express our gratitude and honor their contribution to our nation.

My Dad is a nam vet. Talk about one more fucked up time to be a lifer. The shit I saw as a kid as it related to nam vets. Almost, notice I said almost, makes the fucked up dumpster fire of shit I'm seeing today easier to handle.

Of course, truthfully, we never should have sent them over there, I do appreciate those who went but like all wars it is the poor that go, because rich people like you don't send your kids to war. However, while appreciating their overall service, some did some despicable deeds.
