We had one of those in our area. When workers demanded better wages, in our depressed area, and finally went on strike the company closed down and went to Mexico. Another closed down because it was cheaper to move someplace else. So people are still poor.

They have to have oversight too. They take advantage of the zoning, tax break, loans, etc. but don't deliver.
