If we're going to talk about the duty to intervene, if we're going to talk about more funding for body-worn cameras, if we're going to talk about more training, more resources and better officers, count me in.

Better officers, better resources, with all the necessary tools is something everyone “should” agree with. I don’t understand, what so hard to understand about this.

What's the point in "more funding for body-worn cameras" if officers can simply turn them off? Police officers don't need "more training" or "more resources;" they need "more being held civilly and criminally responsible for their action." Can we count you in for that?

If the mindset of the LEO is that they feel (for whatever reason) that they have ZERO in common to certain people, then all the training in the world is meaningless. And that's always been & always will be the problem.

A police officer is a lowly paid under appreciated law enforcer who is expected to be ready to go into hand to hand combat, or gun fire which could be deadly or assist to safety a DV victim or a SA or a crime scene or be a social worker
