parents already have a choice. Public dollars belong with public schools. I'm not paying taxes so they can send their child to private school.

Wrong again. A strong and well funded Public Education for all, through (top colleges) does that. Visit some European countries and see how it's done. Parents only have temporary custody of the children they raise. Parents should have no control on their exposure to knowledge
