There are 765 Oil/Gas rigs pumping, per @bakerhughesco rig count. There are ~1000 shut-in rigs with P1 reserves, idle w/o any government restrictions, that could be pumping within 90 days but the Republican politicians are encouraging them not to do that for political reasons.
