That is a flat out lie, and you know it. The Keystone Pipeline has never shut down. The Keystone XL Pipeline was years away from completion, and would have had ZERO impact on gas prices here.

You know @SenatorTimScott the keystone pipeline was just a shortcut for Canadian dirty tar sand oil to be refined on the gulf &exported. Wasn't going to be for us here. Besides,the short segment built leaked +12 times. @ least 5 US refineries have closed.THAT'S A PROBLEM!+ OPEC.
