Farmers in Nebraska, a very red state, are responsible for that. Tarsands is not easy to refine into any kind of product. The refineries that can refine that crappy oil ? Saudi Arabia just bought it. In Texas. And Big Oil has 9000+ unused leases. Not even a GOOD lie Tim.
