We cannot continue with a “one-size-fits-all” approach to education. Students deserve the opportunity to succeed no matter their needs or background.

The biggest problem I’ve seen in public education has come from lowering standards to placate parents. Also you could delete “lowering standards to placate” and this statement would still be true. A students need not even attend class to pass anymore.
