The delay is Oil companies are not drilling especially when they can simply charge more for the oil refineries already in use. Especially the Saudi Oil Refinery in Texas🤷🏽‍♂️

The delay is corporate greed.

So, what you want to do is nationalize the oil companies, right? Because unless you’re willing to do that, produces will continue to sell their product on the world market, for the highest price they can.
