Housing starts, etc. are down... next will be layoffs which will further exacerbate the decline in the housing market. It will take years for salaries to catch up with Biden's inflation.

Housing costs across the nation are way too high.. Unfortunately the demand for housing is insatiable and we have armed the community with near endless cash flow to fund it with cheap credit and high loan amounts for 15 years. This is eerily similar to the student load crisis.
