The men and women who’ve given so much to defend our liberties are suffering under the Biden administration’s failed economic policies.
This is real and sad. The U.S. Army is telling soldiers to apply for Food Stamps to help cover rising costs from #inflation. This should tell all you need to know about the real impact of inflation on the lives of the American people. #Army #foodstamps foreigndesknews.com/us/u-s-a…

When did you become so disingenuous? You know damn well that this has been going on for decades. Instead of actually fighting to pay soldiers a livable wage, you are trying to score cheap political points.

This is not new. I found a NY Times article from 1977 showing 38K troops on food stamps. This one is from 2011. Have you had any outrage over this previously, or is it specific to this administration? cc. @ODeaForColorado stripes.com/news/food-stamp-….

People in the military have always been eligible for food stamps depending on family size like any other family. The only exception ate those stationed overseas. This is nothing new.

They are suffering because you don't pay them enough and most of the money we allocate to military goes to contractors and defense companies for equipment we don't need.

If you care so much about Vet’s, why do red state officials give thousands of homeless veterans 1-way tickets to west coast cities. You love to talk about the homeless in Seattle, Portland, SF & LA—but the majority aren’t even native to the west coast!

It’s official. Republicans want a national abortion ban. It was never about state rights. It’s about controlling women and mandating pregnancies.

FYI - enlisted soldiers have been eligible for public assistance much longer than just the past year
