When I failed four classes my freshman year of high school, my mama wouldn’t let me give up. Her strong guiding hand in my education helped me get back on the right path. This is why I will always advocate that parents know what’s best for their children.

Your mom did not teach you to be humane, which is where she went wrong. She also didn’t teach you not to be an a** kisser.

Parents also know what’s best for their State too, and are making it clear that it isn’t you or Graham or that sorry Governor either!

Well, my father was an alcoholic and was not in a position to 'know' what was going on in my education let alone give encouragement.

Why does "parents know best" always actually mean "hand your kids over to privatized charter schools funded by money intended for public schools?"

All parents @SenatorTimScott? Or just the ones who want to ban books, limit the type of history is taught, and marginalize LGBTQ children and parents?

Parents do know what’s best and have always had a choice! However, taxpayer money should NOT ever be used for private education. Ever!
