Do we need to have some kind of mental health testing in schools for ages 12? - 17. Drug awareness counseling? We had counselors in schools for kids to talk to. But, there were meetings to discuss life and goals. Mental health and hard drugs are the problem it seems.

The fix is easy… let law abiding citizens carry their guns, and actually prosecute and imprison the criminals. Criminals will either get arrested or shot… a win-win for the good guys.
