Two years ago, I introduced the JUSTICE Act—which would’ve provided long-term solutions focused on police reform, accountability/transparency, and rebuilding lost trust between communities of color and law enforcement.   America deserves these sort of commonsense solutions.

Would Trump or any of your colleagues support it?!

A. When has there ever been trust between law enforcement and communities of color? B. When do you expect to attempt to revisit the legislation? Good intentions, kinda like the stalled gun reform. Neither is going to be approved because your leadership doesn't really support it

No Tim Scott…you’re not going to run away from your shameful vote on Ketanji Brown Jackson. You’re infantilized as “effective”—when you’re anything but—but now you’re revealed as a pitiful Mitch McConnell catspaw, faithless to your voters.
