For the American economy to grow, we need to get people back into the workforce — not leaving it. We need to restore the dignity of hard work.

How does the Republican agenda for workers promote dignity in work? Your party promotes: - no minimum wage - no guaranteed health insurance - no guaranteed job regardless of how long a person has worked - no paid leave regardless of the reason - no paid maternity leave

Most of the people left the workforce because they were unhappy with the conditions in their workplace #GOP wants wage slaves, right to work union busting, not so subtle implication is they are lazy. there is no dignity in work with wages that keep you in poverty #GOPHypocrisy

🤷‍♀️ we would like for you to work for us instead of running for office for 6 years. You didn’t even show up to work on the inflation focus group so we didn’t have a voice.

Unemployment the lowest it has been in 50 years so who exactly is leaving it? We need to restore dignity of hard work by paying a living wage and taxing the rich and corporations like we did 40 years ago.

I guess you haven't heard, but the unemployment rate is 3.6 percent. The lowest in decades.

We need to tax the rich and use that money to help hard working families by reducing drug prices, investment with Child Tax Credits, affordable healthcare for all, paid family leave.

Unemployment is at 3.6%. Lower than it’s been in years. Way less than it was under Trump. People need to get a fair share of the prosperity they are creating for their employers. That is the issue.

Yesterday, you said making a profit was better than having a job. Today, you want people to have the dignity of having a job. In the past, you’ve said that cleaning other people’s feces is not fun, referring to your mother. Please elaborate, Senator Scott.
