We could have avoided these high gas prices and continued on the road towards complete energy independence. Instead, President Biden catered to his base’s “Green New Deal” agenda—and we see where that’s gotten us.

Here’s a thought maybe big oil (biggest donor to the GOP) should cut their prices at the pumps and put less profits&stock buy backs in their (and politician’s) pockets. Or how about cutting back on federal&state fuel taxes? Not getting away from fossil fuels is not the answer

The US has never and wont ever be "energy independent". Oil and gas are run by private companies and oil is a global commodity. Gas supply follows demand, not the other way around. Green energy would make us LESS reliant on oil altogether so, why knock it?

And where do you address the net petroleum exportation and the type of petroleum products recovered vs what is actually used for different energy sources. You are misleading to support your party vs the people.

There’s also this war going on by a major fuel producer …… not sure if you’ve seen it. But that also might be impacting gas prices.
