Senator, the Keystone XL pipeline is not completed. It was being built but Biden shut down construction. What needs to happen is the existing oil wells that Trump had producing to make us energy independent have to be reopened and start producing again. Biden stopped that too.

And say what it is. Increase Refining NOT DRILLING AND EXTRACTION. Stop LYING it's that simple. Be mad at the oil companies not anyone else.
