The U.S. stands with Ukraine, but there is more the administration can do. We need tougher sanctions on Putin and his cronies. We must ensure Ukraine has the military equipment needed to defend themselves.

If by "the U.S." you mean non-Republicans, I agree. And that's certainly what I mean when I refer to America. That's been the case since 1965 or so, when your side started attacking us from within.
