I agree with a lot of this and I hear you telling that story but the rest of the party is not on the same page. They put a noose outside the Capitol and carried a confederate flag in the halls. Sadly unless you take a stand this is the future of the GOP.

“Hand ups” not “handouts”? Too bad this philosophy did not govern your approach to the TCJA. Sound bites are nice, principled action is critical. You failed on the TCJA, don’t compound your mistake by blocking COVID relief.
