He’s talking about immediately he already signed executive orders to combat the pandemic but everything takes time just like this virus didn’t get worst instantly his plan won’t help Americans instantly at least he is trying.

Oil will go back to being transported by truck and rail, which causes much more pollution than a pipeline. Do you know how much petroleum products are in solar panels? Have you seen how wind turbines/solar panels are disposed of? Google it, not good for our environment at all!
