I have lived close to cites that simply prohibit multi family housing.
Opportunity zones are basically tax shelters with very little lasting impact to the community. This is not an original concept but is the kool ado flavor for TS to promote. That being said diverse communities are enriching and more liveable. Zoning as to be mindful of the impact
On surrounding communities. Typically lower income are drawn to an area while the original swellers move farther away. A few exceptions exist but these are usually very expensive areas. You really should reconsider your support of trump.
You appear to be somewhat intelligent. Read Biden’s platform compare to trumps and perform a critical review of what is best for America. Contrast the current chaos with the atmosphere when biden was VP. The difference is leadership.
