Mr Scott, When it comes to budget cuts, Education seems to always be at the the top of the list. In our state of SC, the state has had to take over school districts that are failing. Something is seriously broken. Maybe we should focus on rebuilding the Public Education System.

Yes that's nice that you have a choice to go to what school you want but those that are poor don't get that opportunity. Those that live in the ghetto don't have the same opportunity. And count yourself lucky that you made it with only having one parent most are not that lucky
