After being briefed by the FBI today and having the opportunity to read the report myself, I am now even more confident in Judge #Kavanaugh’s nomination and fitness for the court. (1/2)

The FBI did a thorough investigation, followed where the information took them, and found nothing that corroborates the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh. It is now time to move forward and vote. (2/2)

You can't corroborate anything unless you talk to the people who can corroborate it. There are a lot of people who volunteered to talk to the FBI to corroborate it, but you wouldn't let the FBI talk to them. It was a sham and you know it.

Interviewed. what, 5 or 6 people in a couple of days? - real thorough. Although since slippery fossil McConnell was planning a vote whether there was a report or not, guess the FBI was just for show... GOP BS!

Brett Kavanaugh makes history as the 1st SCOTUS nominee to have his nomination publicly opposed by a former SCOTUS justice. Also opposed: Council of Churches, ABA, 1,700+ law professors, Yale Law, Jesuit scholars, ACLU, Amnesty International,
Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, a lifelong Republican, told a small crowd in Boca Raton that Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s performance at confirmation hearings should disqualify him. “The Senators should pay attention to this.”
