2/2 On this occasion, I reminded that Africa, wich contributes just 3% of global emissions in the world, is the continent that is already paying the biggest price. I also called once again industrialized countries to join the Program to Accelerate Adaptation in Africa.

Yes Mr Président. we have capacities and solutions. So we need more financial tools. And your Leardership in that crucial question will certainly helps all African countries.
