I notice a distinct lack of #psvr in these tweets now, glad the devs have been shilling to our community for months, only to drop “support” completely. Sadly, people were/are still are excited for this one, if the pay-walled beta is any indication, I’d say abandon all hope :)

Do you have any worries that VR will eventually have the same issue as Vita where in a couple years it’ll be victim to “A Tale of Two Sonys” in terms of focus, set up, etc.?

Not at all, VR is here to stay, and with the way tech is advancing these days, it’s only a matter of time before #VR reaches critical mass. Regarding PSVR, the vita is really just the evolution of the PSP, so thinking about it like that, I think we have a long road ahead :)

I’d like to think that too. Just given Sony’s propensity to dump hardware, for a while I didn’t think portended will for VR. I’m hoping it’s a major implementation in the incumbent console generation. As far as the Vita, I think they’re done with that kind of handheld

I see us possibly getting a lower tier wireless model similar to the Oculus Santa Cruz project , before we get a higher end version that will work with the “PS5.” That way they can satisfy all consumer needs, without pissing off people that just got a PS #VR :)
