See that’s where we’re split, I’m actually into seeing what they can do with biometric data, I have a feeling it will for sure get out of hand, and at that point we’ll most likely see harsh retaliation, but I’m ready to kick back and watch it all burn :)

I agree with you 100% but after worrying for 20 years, I just can't be bothered anymore. The worst anyone has done is show me an ad for mattresses when I needed one. I don't think he's a nihilist, I think he has a lot more to worry about in before "they" get him.

Kent 100% meant the system which you’re so against, not the people. That being said, I defiantly think life is a ride, some of us throw our hands up and enjoy it, and the rest are clutching their hearts and worrying about every twist and turn.

Fair enough. I'm a humanist & optimist who sees history as a Hegelian dialectic of thesis, antithesis, & synthesis. There's a dialogue of opposites that are synthesized towards an evolutionary path of a society that hopefully works for more & more people. We have a ways to go.

Labels are problematic as I don't subscribe to every tenet in the humanist manifesto. Suffice to say there's not a single label that describes the complexity of anyone's worldview. But thanks for elaborating as I was surprised to hear you want to watch it all burn.
