I’m into it, but what sort of privacy settings are you looking for? I use VR daily, for what seems to now have become a job,and I’ve never once been concerned. Are you just trying to cash in on privacy related clicks, or was there some trigger?

Do you believe that your biometric data should captured, mined, used to create psychographic profiles to sell ads, tied to your identity forever, & available to the government without a warrant via the 3rd party doctrine? Or should it not be recorded?
It's already happening. It'll ABSOLUTELY be worse with biometric data like eye tracking, body language, gait, facial tracking, emotional tracking, galvanic skin response, EEG, EMG, & ECG. VR is a data gold mine. Why are we tolerating open-ended privacy policies to record it all?

See I’m cool with it, but I don’t really believe in a future where we have privacy. Also, there’s a chance that data could be used for some good things, although you’re probably right, most will he used for ads :(
