It's an option built in to the PS4 under advanced broadcast settings!

If you want to use OBS you have to use a web app called speechchat

it's a webapp, that's the only issue I've run into, is you have to have it open while OBS and everything else is open as well!

Snap yeah I have to do that when it came to until dawn rush of blood because I didn't start the game before rec it would be very Lagg.
